Windows 11's High Contrast themes finally add back the option to customize the Windows theme again, except as far as I can tell when you Edit one and Save As that as a new theme, some of the colours from the theme it's based on still use the original theme's colours rather than the saved changes? Bizarre! This notably includes the window border, particularly annoying if going for pure black backgrounds as the only option for that in the default themes (and thus the one whose hardcoded settings will be inherited) is "Night Sky" which has grey-purple window borders---not the most universally matching option.
